1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing any galleries, downloading images, or working with Phillip Hernandez Photography / Photo Phil Productions LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE

All images are the intellectual property of Phillip Hernandez and Photo Phil Productions LLC unless explicitly transferred by license.
Clients are granted usage rights as defined in their booking agreement.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of images is prohibited.
Sharing of galleries or access links does not constitute a transfer of copyright or licensing rights. Rights are non-transferable unless formally licensed.

3. CLIENT GALLERY ACCESS

Galleries are accessible only to the client and designated users via secure links.
Sharing of login credentials is not permitted.
Pixieset download functions are password-protected or PIN-enabled when necessary.

4. PRINTS & PRODUCTS

Prints and products ordered through Pixieset are fulfilled by third-party labs.
Phillip Hernandez Photography / Photo Phil Productions LLC is not liable for damages incurred in shipping but will assist in coordinating resolution with the lab.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Digital downloads are non-refundable.
Reshoots and adjustments must be agreed upon per individual service contract.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Phillip Hernandez Photography / Photo Phil Productions LLC is not responsible for accidental data loss or downtime caused by Pixieset or its third-party vendors.

7. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
